With courses of specialization in ithe National Audit Office of England in value for money.

Mr.Garrido is partner of our Firm with specialization in Accountability and in Value for Money.

Exercised the profesión for more than 30 years, in the Controllership General of the Republic, where he occupied important positions in the Infrastructure, Transport and Telecommunications Sector.

In the Finance and Economy Sector and during some years he was in charge of the technical Office of External Control. Simultaneously, in the last 10 years he was Boss of International Relations of the higher body of Control.

He was during 5 years (2002 to 2007) Back Officer of the International Organization of Supreme Audit.

Institutions (INTOSAI), that group to all the Higher Entities of Control of the world and whose world headquarters is in charge of “Der Rechnunhof von Osterreich” in Viena City.

At the present time he is Director of the Accounting and Audit School in the University Miguel de Cervantes (2003 up to date).
